Operating Heaven’s Gate is a film produced by Sabreen. The film highlights an artistic expression of Jerusalem through music, singing, images, and actions. Jerusalem is the city of a stone and a man, sound and image, history and presence, different cultural forms of human expression. Filmed over the course of several months the images portray a story of Jerusalem while the music builds an atmosphere of amazement of Jerusalem’s glory. The film features showcases of not only the beauty of the city of Jerusalem or also of the Jerusalemites that through resilience and stubbornness have created their own platforms to prevail through a harsh society. Jerusalem's diverse mix of cultural heritage allowed the film to preview a little bit of everything.
